BALANCE BEAM- The four inch wide beam used by girls requires total concentration. Beginners use the many floor
beams to gain confidence and balance; then it's four feet off the ground with poise and coordination.
BARS- Bars like kids come in different shapes and sizes, we have three. Hand strength and confidence are
developed as boys overcome fear on the high bar. Parallel bars build shoulder strength and flexibility. Girls learn that
on uneven bars, persistence and practice pays off with the necessary upper body strength and skill.

FLOOR EXERCISE- Used by boys and girls, our safety spring floor provides a safe place for learning tumbling.
Leaps and dance round out any routine. The skills learned here are key to other areas as well.
VAULT- Used by boys and girls, vaulting builds leg strength and coordination. Children learn running skills, board
work, horse rebounding and landing techniques.
RINGS- Used by boys, overcoming fear on this apparatus leads the way to many basic moves: hanging,
swinging, holidng. Concentration and coordination are sharpened with fun exercises the boys learn.
TRAMPOLINE- Everyone's favorite is one of our best teaching tools. Not a competitieve event, it is used for
learning moves and tricks. The trampoline also provides kids of all ages with endless fun and recreation.
