Fitness should start at a very young age and continue all of your life, year round. Children need at least
FOUR structured fitness sessions a week. Our program is designed for attendance once or twice a week.



Aiken Gymnastics program is attended consistently on a year round basis. Regular attendance by your child
will:

Teach your child to associate fitness with FUN.

Teach your child HOW to exercise properly:

Every class starts with a fun exercise that elevates the heart rate and raises the body temperature.


We provide STRENGTH CONDITIONING with different routines each month. Strength conditioning prepares
your child to succeed with athletic skills and increases safety.

We will teach your child FLEXIBILITY exercises that will increase range of motion. This will help your child
reduce injury potential in ALL sports and physical endeavors.

In addition to teaching your child the above important goals, we will provide your child with these benefits: Parent-Tot,
Preschool: Your child is venturing into group education. We will help your child learn the social skills (FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS
and TAKING TURNS) that will enable him or her to feel happy and confident in group situations. These are new skills for 2 and
3 year olds. Do not expect perfection at first. Over time, we will help your child to improve.

Pre-School (4,5) Classes: Your child will learn to set his or her sights on a goal and achieve it! The repetition and
self-discipline involved in mastering specific goals is very helpful for growing youngsters. After each skill is achieved, a more
challenging goal will follow.
